A celebration of tropical colour and exuberance. Mokum has collaborated with multi Academy Award winning production and costume designer Catherine Martin on Paradiso, a fabric collection that celebrates tropical colour and exuberance.
The Paradiso collection is woven in high performance constructions that ensure its suitability for indoor and outdoor upholstery applications where superb sunlight resistance, commercial durability and easy care are essential requirements.
The collection is made up of three designs: Flamingo, Helios and Coralline.
Flamingo plays with the famous pink bird; leg bent amidst a forest of fan and coconut palms, to create a dynamic large- scale tropical design. The resolution of the pattern is elegant yet it is also a tongue-in-cheek wink at the motifs of 1950’s Florida. Flamingo uses fine yarns to capture the intricate line work of this dramatic tropical pattern.
